1. Which shipping options do you offer?

We offer several options for shipping, but our most popular option is traditional First Class Mail. Customers residing in the "lower-48" domestic United States can take advantage of FREE PRIORITY MAIL when they order our Guru Bundle. For those who need their reports more quickly, we offer Next and 2nd Day Air options for an additional charge.



2. Can you ship to foreign countries?

Certianly. We ship our reports all over the world - from Australia to Zimbabwae.



3. I live in a foreign country, and noticed your shipping rates are very expensive. Why is this?

There is a bug in our shipping software when it attempts to process foreign orders. Rest assured that your order will be manually processed and you will not be charged the price quoted by our software. We ship all foreign orders via USPS Air Mail at a cost of between $4.00 - $8.00 USD per item. Your card will NOT be charged the $40+ as quoted by our shipping software.



4. How do I get free shipping? Is it available for foreign orders?

We offer FREE PRIORITY MAIL shipping to customers from the "lower-48" United States that order our Guru Bundle for $29.95. Unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping to our customers in foreign countries, but for a limited time, we will offer FREE FIRST CLASS AIR MAIL shipping to customers from Canada when they order the Guru bundle for $29.95 USD. All other customers will have to pay the standard shipping rate.


5. Your shipping rates seem high. What gives?

We do our best to offer the most reasonable shipping and handling rates possible. Please remember that there is much more to the shipping cost than the postage. We have expenses related to: envelope production and printing, staffing of our customer service department, credit card processing fees, postage processing fees, and so on. Our shipping rates are very representative of the true cost for us to prepare a report for your reception.



6. How soon will I receive my order?

It's difficult to say with certainty, but we do attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders placed prior to 4:00PM EST will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00PM EST on a Friday will ship on the following Monday. If you've chosen our standard shipping method (USPS), most orders are received within 7 business days.


7. I selected Next Day Air, but I haven't received my report yet. Why is this?

We try our best to ship all orders the same day that we receive them, but because of our small size, we often can't get to all of the orders as quickly as we'd like to. Please allow us between 24 and 72 hours to process your order (this doesn't include weekends). If your order was placed after 4:00PM EST, it will usually ship the following day (weekends excluded).


8. I placed an order with you a few weeks ago, but I haven't received my report. Did you send it?

Please contact our customer service department and they will do their best to correct the problem.


9. I ordered one report, but received another.

Whoops! From time to time our order processing department becomes overwhelmed with orders. Please contact our customer service department and they'll make certain you receive the correct report.


10. I have a question that wasn't answered by this FAQ. What should I do?
