1. I have a car-care related question. Who can I e-mail for help?

1. I have a car-care related question. Who can I e-mail for help?
We're flattered that so many folks turn to us for assistance with their car-care concerns, but unfortunately, we don't have enough time to answer everyone's question on a one-to-one basis. You're more than welcome to e-mail questions to us at askthegurus@gurureports.org, but you may not get a response. We may decide to answer your questions in a future report, however.

If you have an urgent question, we invite you to participate on our Roadfly detailing message forum. The forum is populated and visited by thousands of detailing enthusiasts, including some of the Guru editors and staff. You should get a quick response to your question there. Our inboxes are flooded daily with kind e-mails from folks like yourself, and unfortunately we don't have time to respond to everyone's individual questions, comments or concerns. 3. I just heard about a great product and I'd like you to test it. How can I get you to test it for me?
As much as we love to test new products, our schedule doesn't allow us to conduct specific product tests for individuals. If you're interested in commissioning a test on behalf of a group, organization or manufacturer, please submit a Request For Quote to our customer service department at cs@gurureports.org.

Otherwise, we're more than happy to have you e-mail us with suggestions for products to include in future tests. Please send any suggestions to cs@gurureports.org

4. I don't want to give you my e-mail address because I don't want to get spam.
We hate spam more than anyone, and because of that, we hold your information in the strictest confidentiality. Please see our terms of service and privacy policy for complete details, but rest assured we will not spam your e-mail account for any reason. We do like to send e-mail notification when new reports become available, and if you'd like to be removed from that list, please contact our customer service department at cs@gurureports.org
